Dear Sir / Madam,

We are finding for alumina ball producer company to distribute in Turkey. Please see the all details of our job here in Turkey.

There are a lot of big companies which are producing ceramics bodies, glazes and processing of ores and minerals. We have very good relations with them and they are very near distance to our company so, we can visit them in each day.

Some of our customers are doing following operations.

For producing artificial granite, they are milling clay and feldspar raw materials in discontinue ball mill machines. For this operations one of our customer using a lot of kinds alumina balls and sfere alubit 90 balls. I’m sending knowledges of two kinds of these balls which are used in the customer with very big amounts. For only this customer monthly consumption is 30 tons.

1st kind : 2.5″ ITALIAN Industrie Bitossi S.p.A. SOUIGLIANA VINCI FIRENZE ITALY
Tel: +3905717091 Fax: +390571709850 SFERE ALUBIT 90 2″1/2
28-09-2007 B104 PRI3657007 ALUBIT 25kg MADE IN ITALY (E.C.)

2nd kind: ALUMINA BALL ITEM A 40K NET 25KG Lot No: 71026 HIRA CERAMICS Co.Ltd.
Diameter: ? 40mm Made in JAPAN

I also added the photo of the balls in the attachment please check it.

Note: The related engineer in the customer said followings.
The balls must have high performance, high wear resistant, high density and long life.

For knowledge the appearance of the balls are white.

Finally, we have very very big potential of selling these balls. There are approximately 20 very big factories which are producing a lot of kinds ceramics bodies. By adding other regions in Turkey, total monthly balls consumption is 250 – 300 tons/month. We have good experience and very good relations with lots of these factories.

Alumina Ball Grinding Media Turkey

Now, we are searching all alumina balls and sfere alubit 90 balls producers in all around the world, China companies, Japan companies, Italy companies and USA companies… After finding best company, we want to be Turkey distributor of this company. We will do very big and very good jobs with this company and we will be ordering minimum 250 – 300 tons balls in each month after getting all Turkey markets.

So, please send us the best good solution for above mentioned operations as alumina balls and sfere alubit 90 balls and send us your best cheapest price offer for 10tons, 20tons, 40tons, 50tons, 100tons and 200tons.

Please contact with us by e-mail.

Thank You and Best Regards,

Covington, GA 30016

After consideration, we believe the 15mm diameter to be our best choice, having used that size exclusively thus far.

Evaluation will take 5 days from the receipt of the sample. At that time we will be able to place an order (your pricing is very competitive), tentatively for the minimum order of 2 tons although personally I am pushing for 4 tons.

The sample of 400 grams will be sufficient. The 2.5 kilo estimate that was given to me was to charge a test mill with- this will not be necessary for my determination.

I did receive the sample. After a preliminary inspection (visual, as to dimensions, concentricity and hardness), the media was found to be acceptable.

The above is the correspondence with our USA customers for their requirement of alumina grinding ball.

Ball forming and kiln firing is the two key procedures in the alumina ball manufacturing. See what we are doing in this two procedures to guarantee the high quality of alumina ball produced by HuaMing Alumina Technology Ltd.

Compared with other ball forming methods, our applied cool isostatic pressing can overcome the defects of hollow, delamination and low tightness, increase the production rate and improve the wear resistance of our alumina grinding ball.

The ball forming pressure has significant influence to the density of the unfired alumina ball, shrink in firing and the firing temperature. In certain pressure range, when increase the ball forming pressure, the density of the unfired alumina ball will be increased and the shrink in firing will be decreased.

The ball forming pressure also can influence the firing temperature; the different pressure in ball forming can lead to 20 -50°C difference in alumina ball firing temperature.

The ball forming procedure is very important to the quality of alumina grinding ball.

Firing is the key to determine the alumina ball quality, so prepare the ideal heating curve is the key factor to guarantee the quality of alumina ball.

We, HuaMing Alumina Technology Ltd., adopt the full automatic 1700°C tunnel kiln enable the continuous production and increased the production capacity.
