Note 1 Packing requirement : The commodities shall be packed in brand new steel or fiber drum and palletized.
Note 2 Test reports : All the items listed in item 3 to item 6 as above shall be attached along with your quotation.
Note 3 If the maker failed to meet any of performance or physical properties rquriementa stated in the specification druing the testing done by client by RMRC, the maker will have to adjust the formula to meet the requirement without any condition or the vendor should accept claim , the amount is in an amount equal to 2% of contract price, as a whole or of the portion, if properties can not meet any two items of specification the clain amount will increase to 4%, if exceeding three items, the claim amount will increase to 8%.
